郭榮艷，1977年7月出生，中共黨員，碩士，教授。

主要研究領域：

半導體物理。

主講課程：

模擬電子技術、數字電子技術、電路、信號與系統。

2.副主編：大學物理實驗，2017年9月，電子工業出版社，河南省本科高等學校“十四五”規劃教材。
